My room wasn't clean upon arrival, with sticky stuff on the counters and hair on the towels. There was no 'do not disturb' sign, which meant I was disturbed daily. I expected better cleanliness for the price I paid.

The Junior Suite was HUGE and so comfy! Deep bathtub and great kitchen setup. 😍 Only downside was the belt issue that left me feeling frustrated. Would've loved a spa, though!

Enjoyed a lovely two-night stay in a spacious Deluxe Suite. Although there was a mix-up with our room assignment, the staff's friendliness and the cozy ambiance made up for it. I especially appreciated the helpfulness of the staff in addressing our needs.
